Happy Friday! This week has been filled with lots of writing, a few headaches, and a lot of “adulting”. Oh boy… Nothing is finalized yet so we aren’t ready to share but I will say that big things are happening for the Tupta’s right now! We will definitely update you all down the road! Anyway, let’s get into my favorites this week.
I have psoriasis really bad on my scalp and hairline. Unfortunately, it has gotten a lot worse in the last couple of months. I started using this Derma-E Tea Tree Cream on the edge of my hair line to minimize the redness and itchiness. Not only does it soothe blemishes, skin dryness, rashes, etc. but it also works as an everyday moisturizer and it prevents future breakouts. I love the way my face feels and looks every time I use it. I really love this product and company.
You guys… This was my little slice of heaven for me. Not only do I absolutely love pumpkin but I have a huge appreciation for Trader Joe’s. They do such a great job at offering a variety of different products compared to other grocery stores. I always have a good time exploring and trying new things when I go. I saw earlier in the week on Instagram that it was pumpkins galore up in there so I told Stephen and he agreed that we needed to go. We had such a good time. Keep your eyes peeled for when I share the Trader Joe’s pumpkin haul!
I had so many friends telling me I needed to watch this show. They said that I would love it and they were right. We can’t get enough of it! I laugh every single episode. If you’ve never watched it, get on it.
We heard that this was going to be the last season on TV and it was going to end short? WHY?! WHYYYY?!
This app is the easiest way for me to read and listen to the Bible every day. I love listening to it when I’m drinking my coffee in the morning and when I’m laying in bed at night. It goes through a chapter every day and also has a reading plan. This app definitely deserves to be on my favorites list.
3 rounds of: 5 HSPU (handstand push-ups), 15 burpees, 20 kettle bell swings (55#/35#), 25 wall balls (20#/14#)
Rest for 3 minutes in between each round
Your score is the total time it took to complete the workout (rest included). Do not cut any of the rests short by starting the HSPU early!
