Hi friends! Today I’m sharing a quick and easy Ramen Noodle salad with you all. Try it out for yourself and let me know what you think of it!
I was introduced to this salad recipe only a month or so ago when our best friend’s mom (thank you for this recipe, Mrs. Norman!!) made it for a BBQ we were attending. I’ve made it three times since then! It’s SO GOOD and so simple! It’s not Paleo, unfortunately, but it is a crowd pleaser! We love to bring it to cookouts and get togethers. If you’re attending something similar, whip this one up! I bet it’ll be a huge hit.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Toss together the chopped lettuce and green onions.
Break up the package of Ramen noodles and place in the oven for about 7 minutes to brown. Make sure to save the seasoning packet for the dressing!
Brown the almonds in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Let the noodles and almonds cool and then toss both with the lettuce and onion mixture.
In a bowl, whisk together the Ramen seasoning with the remaining dressing ingredients and toss with the salad mixture.
