Friday Favorites No. 3

posted in:

It’s Friday! I know it was only a four day week but boy did it go by so fast. Let’s get into some of my favorites!

  • Burt’s Bees Tearless Puppy Shampoo

Adi was a mess after the beach last weekend. In fact, all of the dogs were. We used this shampoo on them and it worked so well. We’ve been using it since her first bath but it really proved its worth when it easily got rid of all of the dirt, sand, and stink. It left her smelling like a puppy again and made her feel so soft.

  • Native Deodorant

This definitely deserved to be on the favorites list. I’ve been actively searching for a deodorant that is aluminum and paraben free so when my friend, Jessie, mentioned Native I had to give it a try. I ordered some for myself and Stephen and we love it. It smells like the beach, I don’t stink when I sweat, and the best part is that I don’t have a funky reaction after I shave. I’ll never wear anything else again.

  • Pumpkin Donut Candle

I’m breaking out the fall, y’all! Even though it’s currently 106°F in Phoenix, I’m breaking out all the fall decor, coffee, candles, you name it. I’m currently burning this bad boy and it brings so much joy to my life. I found it in HomeGoods and couldn’t resist considering the flavor is called “Jordan Jean”.

  • Bloggers

I’m on a decorating rampage right now so it should be no surprise that I’m loving these bloggers:

  • Verse

This one hits all sorts of notes on my heart right now. Shine bright, sweet friends.

“Therefore, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, so now, not only in my presence but even more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God who is working in you both to will and to work according to his good purpose. Do everything without grumbling and arguing, so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God who are faultless in a crooked and perverted generation, among whom you shine like stars in the world, by holding firm to the word of life…” Philippians 2:12-16

  • Question of the week-

What is your favorite fall tradition? Mine is drinking/eating anything pumpkin spiced (yes, I consider it a tradition since it only happens around time of year!)
