Call me crazy but I’ve been searching for throw pillows for about three+ months now. I know that’s a long time to be looking for some pillows but holy camoly, Batman. Some of these companies are charging $50-$150 for a DANG PILLOW? Nope. I can’t do it. As much as I love the look and feel of them, we just don’t have that much to spend in the budget on pillows. Especially considering how many other projects we want to get done! Finally, after months and months of hunting, I’ve found a few sources that I know I can count on for budget-friendly and quality options. Even better, a lot of them are even cheaper with Black Friday sales!

A friend of mine, Kasey, reached out to me a few weeks ago asking about pillows and I told her about my search. Since then, all we’ve been discussing is pillows… That makes me laugh out loud.

Since I was gathering all of the sources for her, I thought it would be helpful to include them all on here for the rest of you. Today I’m sharing all of my top neutral options from Walmart, Target, and H&M (my favorite place to get pillows). These pillows are full of texture which I think adds so much warmth and coziness to a space. You’ll be able to use multiple different ways throughout most of the year and they’ll look great paired with your Christmas pillows!

Speaking of Christmas pillows… I’m going to compile all sorts of CHRISTMAS PILLOWS and share that on here later today! Eeek! I’m so excited. You guys… I may have kept it fairly simple for fall but I can’t say the same for the Christmas season. It brings me so much joy so we’re rolling with it (on a budget still, of course).

All of the options available from H&M are pillow covers which I actually prefer because of a few reasons: they take up less space, they can be removed and washed, and you can choose the insert you use. I typically don’t buy anything smaller than 20×20″ and I size up on the inserts so on 20×20″ pillows I’ll use a 22×22″ insert like these HERE.
