Ramen Noodle Salad

Servings 12 people


  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce OR 3 Romaine lettuce heads, chopped
  • 6 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg Chicken Ramen Noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced almonds


  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Oil (we use EVOO)
  • 1 pkg Chicken Ramen Noodle seasoning


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Toss together the chopped lettuce and green onions.

  3. Break up the package of Ramen noodles and place in the oven for about 7 minutes to brown. Make sure to save the seasoning packet for the dressing!

  4. Brown the almonds in the oven for about 5 minutes.

  5. Let the noodles and almonds cool and then toss both with the lettuce and onion mixture.

  6. In a bowl, whisk together the Ramen seasoning with the remaining dressing ingredients and toss with the salad mixture.

  7. Enjoy!!
